When we hit a snag with a difficult conflict or a historical pain point, I support everyone to be both truthful and respectful.


There are three ways we can play:

Individual Coaching

One-on-One, bi-monthly support for multiple leaders within your organization.

Individualized support so folks can show up fully at work. Coaching often leads to co-designing meetings, projects, and retreats. This allows the team to collectively build systems that truly resonate with all stakeholders, moving the mission forward.

Bonus: When 3 or more leaders participate in individual coaching, I offer one 90 minute facilitated meeting each month.

Facilitation

I co-design long-form meetings and retreats for leaders, leadership teams, and entire departments, to explore hard conversations and make important decisions.

Whether your team is small and mighty or larger and dispersed, time together is precious and maintaining the focus is critical. Popular topics include: communication, productive meetings, well-being, strategy + vision alignment.


Training

If you notice that your team is lacking in a necessary skill set (sales, communication, conflict resolution, etc) I offer customized training on specific topics. Anything is possible when we learn together.
