Challenges:

• Had a FT job + a business vision/dream yet nothing was moving forward with my business
• Looking for clarity in how to run my business sustainably;
• Wanted to build a nonprofit business (get funding, establish board of directors, hire staff) and wanted practical steps and accountability
• Felt incredibly difficult to build authentic relationships with potential clients, partners, and funders.
• Loud and prominent negative thought patterns that decreased confidence, which made experimenting overwhelming and inaccessible.
• Strategy was inconsistent and sporadic, no traction on the building the dream

Proudest Success:

• Clarity in my personal vision and permission to do business my own way
• Deeper clarity in who I am as a business owner and as a person (in developing my standards of integrity + life’s intentions)
• Made space for the emotional experience of starting a business - which allowed me to show up fully for each step
• Broke out of negative thought patterns (they take up so much energy!!!), energized experiments, and stopped taking things personally.
• Identified aligned opportunities and built relationships with potential partnerships, funders, and collaborations.

What has been the most rewarding, that is still relevant many months later?

• Connection and relationships feel good - forward motion and stronger relationships.
• More ease with reaching out and building new relationships
• Pivoting to building a different business (and work ethic) steeped in my values and contributions, making it much easier to navigate the challenging and unexpected.
• The teachings and wisdom I received in our sessions have stuck with me and continue to ripple through my life on the daily, bringing more compassion towards myself and others.
