Challenges:

• Accidentally landed in administrative role for family business
• Wanted to be immersed in botany but didn’t want to abandon the family business
• Thought it was impossible to hire someone to fill admin role to the standards she upheld

• Implemented phase 1 of offering products and services with new business

During one of our first sessions, Nicole drafted a beautiful and meaningful vision for the next 6 months. A few days later, the school board called and invited her into an esteemed position on the board. Nicole read her vision and saw clearly that this position was not on it so she declined the offer. Nicole went on to hire an amazing employee (still there, two years in counting), launched her own small business, and landed a teaching position that has already led to more network opportunities + a fulfilling role within education
