What made you want to work with Slam?
Before I started working with Slam, I had already been running my small business for five years.

What was the experience like?
The first thing I did with Slam was jump into a 3 hour, one-on-one VIP coaching session.
During this session, Slam actively listened and helped me engage with my concerns, questions, and curiosities in powerful new ways. We also spent time looking at my business systems and employment contracts between busy seasons, which both needed updating.
Working with Slam, I really felt like I could slow down. This helped me zoom out, start considering the deep questions at the heart of my business, and envision the future I wanted for it.
Then Slam and I designed a plan for how I would get there.
During the four months of coaching that followed, Slam helped me implement each step of the thorough and holistic plan we had designed.

During my four months of coaching with Slam, I:
- Deepened my understanding of my business finances, so I felt confident enough to take the reins and manage them myself
- Streamlined the client intake process, leading to better tutoring matches for my team members
- Identified the most valuable offerings for our students so we could more efficiently deliver our best products and services
- Created a survey and feedback session with each employee, which improved relationships and communication throughout the business
- Evaluated cash flow and P&L to determine raises and incentives, and determine how best to retain them for the next season
- Learned new ways to connect with my customers
But my business wasn’t the only thing that grew during my time with Slam.
So did I.
I’ve become a more confident business owner than ever before, and my time with Slam really taught me how to slow down, breathe, and take breaks when I need to.
